III. Data provenance
- Personal data is collected only in connection with activity on websites. In particular, by registering a user account, purchasing goods or services, asking a question, subscribing to search results, contacting the customer service office, sending photos and not completing the order, etc.
IV. Type of personal data processing
- To complete the service/transaction, e-mail details, name and surname, shipping address and contact telephone number are required. Lack of consent to the processing of this data prevents the conclusion and implementation of the contract.
- Additionally, if the user agrees, data is collected in cookies and saved in the browser settings.
- Pursuant to separate legal provisions, it may be necessary to process other data, e.g. for tax or accounting reasons.
V. Purpose of data processing
- Users' personal data are processed by the Administrator in order to perform the concluded contract, in particular:
- Providing services electronically.
- User account registration.
- Contact between the parties to the transaction.
- Make payments related to the transaction.
- Issuance of accounting documents.

- Transaction handling.
- Taking suggestions.
- Complaint consideration.
- Solving technical problems.
- Monitoring activity, including searching for keywords, analyzing offers and managing activity.
- Adjusting advertisements in accordance with previously viewed content, customizing offer categories or individual offers in the Administrator's settings or the settings of third-party services based on user activity.
- Conducting marketing activities, including direct marketing of the Administrator's own services or services or goods of third parties.
- Contact for purposes related to permitted marketing activities, through available communication channels, in particular and without the user's consent - by e-mail and/or telephone.
- Providing services electronically.
- Personal data will also be processed for purposes arising from separate legal provisions, including: tax and accounting purposes.
- Due to legitimate interest, personal data is also processed for the purpose of:
- Ensuring the security of services.
- Counteracting fraud, abuse and violation of regulations.
- Mediation and resolution of disputes between users.
- Statistical, service improvement and analysis.
- Handling contacts with the service department, also when they are not related to the implementation of the contract.
- Data archiving.
VI. Transfer of personal data
- Personal data will be processed only by and selected partners to achieve the above-mentioned purposes.
- The processing of personal data by technology partners is carried out on the basis of an agreement ensuring compliance of the processing conditions with the Personal Data Protection Regulation.
- Personal data may be transferred to public authorities authorized to obtain them also on the basis of separate regulations (e.g. Police, Prosecutor's Office, Customs and Tax Offices, etc.).
- Personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area based on appropriate legal safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission in accordance with Art. 26 section 4 of the Directive.
- The User may, at his own risk, share his personal data with other Users via the Platform, e.g. for the purpose of shipping.
VII. Time of personal data processing
- Personal data will be processed until the consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn, and after such withdrawal, for the period of limitation of claims due to and against the data controller.
- The Administrator has the right to process personal data for security purposes, prevention of fraud and extortion, as well as for statistical and analytical purposes for a period of up to 10 years from the end of the contract.
- Unless it results from separate legal provisions (e.g. Accounting Act, Tax Ordinance), personal data will be stored for the period required by the mentioned provisions in order to meet the legal requirements of these provisions.
VIII. Automatic Processing and Profiling
- Personal data is processed in an automated manner, including profiling in order to adjust the website content to personal preferences and interests. Automated processing or profiling will not produce any legal effects or significantly affect the user's situation.
IX. User rights regarding your own personal data
- Each user has the right to:
- Access to personal data relating to him, including obtaining a copy of personal data undergoing processing. The right to obtain a copy must not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
- Correcting and supplementing data if it is found to be incorrect or out of date.
- Data deletion.
- If the request to delete data concerns data necessary to perform the contract, it may result in termination of the contract.
- Restrictions on their processing in the following cases:
- The accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data.
- The processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use.
- The controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but they are needed by the data subject to establish, pursue or defend claims.
- The data subject has objected pursuant to Art. 21 section 1 against processing until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override the grounds of objection of the data subject.
- Data portability - the data subject has the right to receive personal data concerning him or her that he or she has provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and has the right to send these personal data to another controller without any hindrance from the controller to whom the personal data were provided.
- Not to be subject to automated decision-making (including profiling).
- The right to object to the processing of personal data.
- If the processing concerns statistical purposes or is carried out on the basis of the legitimate legal interest of the Administrator, and the objection is justified by the particular situation of the person.
- All requests regarding the exercise of the above-mentioned rights should be directed to the Administrator:

- In person at the Administrator's office.
- The Administrator provides information about the actions taken without undue delay, within one month of receiving the request. Due to important circumstances (including the number of requests or the complexity of the application), the deadline may be extended by another 2 months. The Administrator will inform the data subject about the reasons for the delay and extension of the deadline within one month.
- The first copy of the list of personal data is provided free of charge, for subsequent copies a fee resulting from administrative costs in the amount of PLN 40 is charged.
- If the data subject's requests are clearly unjustified or excessive, in particular due to their repetitive nature, the administrator may charge a fee resulting from administrative costs in the amount of PLN 100 and, in special cases, refuse to take action.
- The fees referred to above should be paid to the Administrator's bank account provided in response to the application. The administrator will take action after the fee is credited to the bank account.
- You may complain about the refusal to take action and the fee to the supervisory authority.
X. Supervisory authority and complaints
